Scarlett Johansson Crossover?
According to this link , Scarlett Johansson is doing an album. The critics say that it is good. There is a video on the bottom of the page in the link showing her first single. What do you think?

i watched best week ever last night and they were doing a voice over telling her to "look bored"..."keep looking bored"...etc...it was comical although i have yet to listen to any of it.
it was awful... i don't know what i was expecting but that either was or wasn't it.... if you are a movie star and want to make an album you have to have at least one of 3 things... an incredible voice, a serious songwriting talent, or a history of being semi famous with your band before you were a movie star (e.g. phantom planet/jason schwartzman). if you don't have one of those things then your music will always be nothing more than a self indulgent, overproduced, ham handed, witless tripe. does she have any of those things? even if you do have those things it's still gonna be hard to hear you sing a gloomy slow sad song because you're a fucking millionaire with fame and fortune the likes of which your listeners will never acheive. it's crap.... absolute crap. milla jovavich's first single off her album was much better... and yet still suffered from all of the above.... why does everybody wanna be a freakin rock star?
I couldn't believe that someone actually thought that was GOOD! It's amazing because it sounded one step above that horrible guy on american idol. Everybody wants to be a rock star, or should I say Dogstar....
she could play on sirius.
