Teabagging: a slang term for the act of a man placing his testicles, specifically the scrotum, in the mouth or on the face of another person, often in a repeated in-and-out motion and often combined with the Turkey Slap.

one of the many reasons i stopped playing halo online,too many 13 year olds teabagging me...and it was just wrong!!!
there really is a whole world behind teabagging. imagine the possibilites. have the recipient gargle some warm water while you do it or better yet have a mouth full of warm 7up. how about ice water? Why use a mouth? Why not put some warm liquid in a plastic bag, place another plastic bag inside of that and then rubber band the whole assembly to your junk? METAL... when does Team Fortress 2 come out? Didn't you say the 19th? Do you have it?
