Courtesy of "m" (you know... the deaf guy from earlier) here is a blog from a guy who had a copy of Episode III dubbed into a foreign language and then retranslated back into english for the subtitles. Engrish 9000.

Engrish Star Wars. Gotta love it!
i had a copy of lord of the rings:fellowship of the ring
and one line said about the party near the beginning:
'i think half the shire is invited'
translated to the subtitles as:
'i think officer strider is invited'
and then later on in the film it whenever any one said striders name it came up as 'tiger'
