OMG I hate the news... again.
Just kill them all. I think the only way to resolve the situation in this story is to kill all 4 parents, the mayor, the chief of police, the district attorney and anyone else who actually moves forward with this. You leave only the victim and the 11 year old rock throwing girl alive. You make them fight to the death and the winner should be a blood sacrifice to carry our prayers of sanity to the gods.

about the artical,when i was a kid,i fractured my friends skull with a golf club because...(well because he was talking during my backswing...so i took a couple of steps back so that i knew he would get hit)
but as long as i didn't throw a rock during a water balloon fight..then i'm okay
kids are always getting into fights ...its the only way they learn

I think she should be applauded for her effort. I mean, most rocks that you find on playgrounds are pebbles...a pound at the very most. So she must've really put forth some solid effort to find that TWO pound rock she pelted the brat with.
