Labor day is here already. It signals the end of summer. It is hard to believe that it is over already. I'm already bracing myself for winter's pending doom.
This weekend I'm headed back to Whackly's old haunts as I'm headed to Minnesota for the weekend. Guess I'll check out the Minnesota state fair...maybe have myself some baconated chocolate. Mmmmm

as for Labour day(sorry Labor)..here it was just a Bank Holiday,but it is our last public holiday until christmas day!!!!..so it sucks hard,and i have used more or less all my holidays at work...gonna have to pull a sicky in October sometime(perhaps when Fable II is released)
I can't wait till fable 2 as well. Whackly and I think it will be the killer app for the fall. The drop in and drop out coop mode will be key.
The pub games are already out on xbox live. I should download them so that I have money when I get the game.
whatever you do..DON'T download the original(as in FABLE) from Xbox Live
1-it isnt the lost chapters,which is in the classics range and should be very cheap in the shops
2-the audio glitches are frequent enough to scare the bejesus out my cat every time i play
3-more than a few times now it has crashed when i try and load the game
as for Pub games-you know you get the game as a free download if you preorder the game from certain stores dont you?
it wasnt happening where i am,so i paid the 800 points for it,and then a week(yup,a week)later,my local GAME then decides to put the preorder offer up....bastards
yeah i have everything from the pub games,,i spent 12 hrs one saturday night 'til about 8am sunday morning playing..

fortunes tower..prolly the best,quite addictive
spinnerbox....shit...no skill whatsoever,all you have to do is press A,i spent 4 hrs pressing A to unlock everything,very boring,but at least i no longer have to play it
Fable II pub games arent mega great,but at least my character in the main game will have a lot of items now
i'm liking batallion wars on the wii right now and have been eyeballing no more heroes again.. plus a few other titles on the wii shelves... and for the 360 i'm back to playing lego star wars again... fucking brilliant game... i just needed time to get over my son deleting my savegame when i was over 90 percent finished with the game. lots of good stuff coming out all around. i'm kinda jealous i don't have a ps3.. but i do have an extra hdmi slot.. perhaps it's time...

i will get lego Batman,but not straight away,seems to soon after lego star wars and indy
as for the PS3,its growing on me,but i am more impressed with the features(like PSP connection)..than the games,although if i didnt have a 360 i guess all the games on the PS3 would be great..warhark was a let down for me...metal gear solid 4 though is my game of the year up to now
LIFE and HOME is released soon,which both look interesting,especially for free ;)
